Born and raised in Stanford, California, Milan Kordestani attended Brooks Elementary school. During the year 2009, his parents divorced and the young Milan was made to move to London, England where he continued with his studies at Eaton Square School. He later on returned to the Bay area in 2010 and attended Sacred Heart Preparatory, Atherton, where he graduated his High school during the year 2017.
At barely 10 years old, Milan Kordestani began riding horses despite being thrown off while trail riding. He was not terrified by the incident by rather got back on the animal to ride back to the camp. The incident manifested his resilience, hard work and the zeal to take part in challenging world class horses. His efforts have seen him achieve major goals in the horse riding sport within a short period of time.
He began his horse-riding career by enrolling for lessons in Atherton. After training for a couple of years, Kordestani progressed to taking part in world champion horses where he scaled to higher levels. In the year 2015, Milan was crowned the winner of the first leg of the triple crown. He then proceeded to the worlds Championship Horse Show where he ranked forth aboard his CH His Supreme Reflection horse. He then scooped the third place nationally during the American Royal which is the 3rd leg of the triple crown. However, his highest ranking was in 2016 during the world’s Championship Horse Show where he ranked second in the Five Gaited Show Pleasure segment for his age bracket.
Besides his accomplishments as an equestrian, Kordestani is the founder of Milan Farms. Milan Farms is engaged in the production of eggs, saffron and poultry by connecting different farms countrywide. Through his Milan Farm, Kordestani is the first saffron farmer to hydroponically grow spice on microfiber sponges.
